Originally from San Diego, Dr. Finn earned a degree in Biology from San Diego State University before completing his dental education at UCLA. After dental school, he spent over six years practicing in Oregon, including running his own solo practice along the scenic Oregon Coast. Now based in the Sacramento area, Dr. Finn relocated to be closer to family and to continue providing exceptional dental care to a new community.
Dr. Finn is passionate about building strong, honest relationships with his patients. He takes pride in delivering high-quality, personalized dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. His approach emphasizes communication, trust, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Finn enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. He’s also an avid home cook who especially loves making pizza from scratch for his wife and rescue dog Scout.
